UK Orders
We have a dedicated team in our packing department and we pride ourselves on a selection of delivery services to suit your budget and party plans. Fun in a box, charge postage and packing for anywhere in the UK from as little as £5.25 per box. We offer a standard delivery option, an express and next day service - dates and details in checkout. Please take care when choosing your service option. During busy times deliveries may be made on the date you have chosen. If an item is out of stock on your order, we will notify you by email. Please ensure you take the necessary steps on your email system to prevent our emails being place din your Spam folder.
Pre-ordering
We offer the facility to pre-order new ranges becoming available - your credit card will be charged upon placing your order, however if the items are not available in time for your party a full refund will be given or you may wish to choose an alternative design. When pre-ordering a new party range, we clearly state the expected due date from the supplier, this regualry updated and is beyond our control if these dates change. Pre-ordering items will ensure stock is allocated to you but it will also mean the remainder of your order will be held until all items are received. Please let us know the date of your party so we can check stock availability and confirm we can send your party order in time. There are a number of different shipping choices in checkout - please choose carefully to ensure your party order is delivered on time. Despatch Methods
All our orders are despatched via a secure delivery systems, and will require signature upon receipt, there is an option to change the delivery address to a friend or relative or even a work address if that's easer for you. Once your order is placed you are able to login to your account and check the progress of your order, we keep you informed via email, and use Royal Mail recorded delivery services or Interlink Express Couriers or Parcelforce to despatch our orders. This enables us to maintain customer service levels, and if you aren't home when your delivery is made, your party box will only be taken to a local sorting office, or the couriers nearest depot, either cases a card will be left through your door with further instructions. We will endeavour to send an email indicating your parcel has left us and is on the way. Please Note: Our deliveries require a signture upon receipt, if you choose to have your parcel left in areas which a signature cannot be obtained (such as garage, porch, recycling bin etc) you accept full responsibility for any loss or damages they may subsequently occur, it is also at the discretion of the delivery service if they feel the parcel will be secure. We strongly advise if you are unable to accept your delivery you change your shipping address to a friend, neighbour, relative or work address whereby your parcel will remain safe and secure and a signature can be obtained. If You Are Carded If you are not home to accept your delivery - the carrier will leave a calling card if they are unable to deliver your parcel, please follow the instructions on the calling card and contact your local depot to rearrange delivery/collection within 5 working days. If arrangements for delivery are not completed in 5 working days your parcel will be returned back to Fun in a box; this will incur a returns fee, restocking and further delivery charge. It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address given is correct, any returns by our delivery partners will incur a returns fee, restocking and further delivery charges to resend to you.
Security Online
We process our credit card payments via PROTX and PAYPAL. We employ extra security on all our credit card payemnts called 3D Secure (the online equivalent of Chip & Pin technology) - please ensure you are aware of all the relevant passowrds for your card. Once in checkout our website is fully secure. If you wish to pay over the telephone please do give us a call and we will happily process your card for you, however we do prefer you to place ordres online for extra security of 3d secure. You will not loose the contents of your shopping cart if you have created an account with us and the process should not take longer than a few minutes.
Returns
On the rare occasion you are not happy with your order you must contact us either in writing to Fun in a box, 8 Hurstwood Avenue, Brentwood, Essex. CM15 9HT or via email at info@funpartysupplies.co.uk in the 1st instance for further information. We are not obliged to accept any returns withour prior consent. All faulty products offer a money back guarantee, however we will always send a replacement item to you if in stock in the first instance. Under the UK's distance selling regulations you have a 7 day 'cooling off' period when you may return an item unused, in it's original condition, with unopend packaging, if you no longer require it*. It is however your responsibility to return the item in perfect and saleable condition and at your own cost. We strongly recommend you use a trackable system to return your goods such as Royal Mail Recorded delivery so your item can be tracked if lost. We cannot refund items that are not received by us. Once inspected, we will then arrange to refund your credit card for the item returned minus any P & P costs as these are non-refundable. Any returns after 7 days, will not be refunded, however we will happily offer a credit to your account for future purchases. If your parcel is not longer required, is refused, or you change your mind, and your parcel has already been despatched, please note you will be charged a returns fee - this is a direct cost made by our couriers of £6.50. This will be deducted from any refund due to you. This only applies to UK based customers. *Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised products which are made to order, face paints, foil or latex balloons that we do not inflate or confectionery* If you have any questions concerning returns, then just give us a call on 01277 224622 or email us at cs@funpartysupplies.co.uk. If you have been offered free delivery and the whole order is returned to us, you will be charged for an original delivery charge, this price will be dependent on what delivery method was used.
Conditions of Use
Orders are only despatched when payment authorisation has been received by our online bankers. All payments are made in £. All prices include VAt at standard 15%.
If you wish to pay by cheque please indicate as you process your order. Please send your cheque to Fun in a box limited, 8 Hurstwood Avenue, Brentwood, Essex. CM15 9HT Please make your cheques payable to FUN IN A BOX LIMITED. When your cheque has been cleared your order will be despatched. Please bear in mind this could take some time and plan your party accordingly. Fun Party Supplies and Fun in a box reserve the right to refuse any order.
Temporary Tattoos
This is the advice given to us by our suppliers of temporary tattoos:
Our temporary tattoos, which are applied to the skin with a moistened sponge or cloth, fade several days after application. Many contain colour additives approved for cosmetic use on the skin are manufactured to the highest European and American standards using only inks which are FDA approved. We do not recommend they are used on children with sensitive skin

Nut Content Please be aware we have tried to identify in the descriptions any sweets that contain nuts or traces of nuts. However due to manufacturing processes beyond our control we cannot guarantee any product we sell will not contain traces of nuts Vegetarian All products we sell that are described by the manufacturer, as gelatin free or suitable for vegetarians will be highlighted as such. Many manufacturers however do not include vegetarian suitability on their products these therefore will NOT be included as suitable for vegetarians in our shop.
Balloon Safety
Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required

Every effort is made to keep images on our website upto date as they are supplied and updated by the manufacturers and stockists of our products - if you are looking for a specific item it is always worth calling us on 01277 224622 to check the image is upto date. We cannot be held responsible if a different design is received which does not match previous purchases. Please refer to our returns policy.
